Cornett Cattle Company didn’t start with a long family lineage of ranchers or a secret passed down through generations.
Nope—it started with a first-generation dream, a lot of determination, and a healthy dose of “let’s figure this out as we go.”
What began as an idea to raise premium, grass-finished beef—and maybe a little creative tax planning—quickly turned into a passion for doing things the right way. Today, our locally raised, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free cattle don’t just roam our Louisiana pastures—they’re the heart of a company built from scratch and rooted in quality, sustainability, and a little Southern stubbornness.
